Breaking news this morning is that French football has ceased operating in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. Both divisions have been suspended until further notice.
UEFA has also suspended all Champions League and Europa League games until further notice. Uefa will reconvene on 17th March to flesh out more detail.
This weekend’s Bundesliga games will go-ahead – behind closed doors, however, the executive committee of the DFL (German Football League) has proposed the suspension of all games from 17 March.
It seems improbable that English football will be able to soldier on regardless, and one would expect an announcement to that end – today.

With high debt and multiple loans to pay it must be levys worst nightmare. He needs constant money coming in.. You are right injury wise but our seasons over now really. We would need kane back now to have a chance for that top four. Its not happening. Roll on next season.
Jamaican prime minister andrew holness under pressure. That’s what happens when you can’t see that the Chinese are trying to turn the island into its playground. Bit like the yanks did with Cuba. They want the Caribbean waters too. The “chins” as they’re known down there.
It pains me to say it but NO. SHUT IT ALL DOWN NOW.
Should have happened last week and we would still be in the CL with perhaps players back from injury.
We could benefit most out of this bad situation.
