Serge Aurier & Moussa Sissoko Latest Spurs Players To Deliberately Ignore Social Distancing [image]

I cannot share in a civil manner just how fed up with these ‘celebs’ I am right now.

Dumb and Dumberer, or Moussa Sissoko and Serge Aurier as you may know them are simply the latest “Tottenham people” to have foolishly flouted the painfully clear state guidance on social distancing.

I’m bewildered (for the umpteenth time) at the lack of media handling that actually goes on at Spurs. How difficult can it possibly be to have a paragraph written into the club’s contracts that unauthorized use of social media accounts will result in immediate fines which may not be contested.

Another nondescript payoff.

I understand your point, however my overall view is that the government guidance is 60% effective and 40% superficial scaremongering.

Also, they are ‘working’ they aren’t out for a breath of fresh air. Do bin men work remotely from each other? And the government guidance is work from home and only travel to work if you have no other option. To keep their fitness up they need to work, this isn’t two mates out for a jolly up.

The government advice is still fairly undefined and does not cover all situations and this is one. It’s not black and white and furthermore, the media being the arbiters on our behaviour is beyond ridiculous…

The advice as it stands is not to exercise with people outside of your household. I doubt this pair are housemates so they are in contravention of the guidelines.
The facts behind this story were clearly reported. The article acknowledged that the pair maintained a 2m distance between themselves whilst running but after their workout they sat on a bench together for a period of time.
Given that the club has previous in regard to staff flouting the Government social distancing guidelines and that players had been spoken to about their responsibilities in regard to this it beggars belief that this pair of numptees would do choose to do this and then post it on social media..

Like it or not players are role models. The rules are there for us all to follow for a reason and if impressionable people see players behaving like this they will follow suit. For me it is inexcusable

I reckon this is more media mischief than anything else, the angle of the shot means there’s more than every chance that they’re two meters apart.

Like when the media take photos of a mile long path in a park, it looks packed with people, shoulder to shoulder. Take the same shot from above or to the side and it looks very different.

Are the players supposed to train alone? This two meter rule is for the general population as a guide, standing a foot or so closer makes no difference at all, unless someone coughs, sneezes or shouts on your face.

It’s like the face mask thing, yes in the correct setting. However, if you’re walking down a road with nobody within 20 meters of you what the hell is the flipping mask for? People in their cars with masks on, WTF?!

People are losing the plot and it’s got nothing to do with the science at all.

Leave our two Frenchies alone, Aurier is far from a favourite of mine but you have to be fair about stuff. Nothing wrong with this photo.

£uck the hysteria, it will have cost more lives than the virus itself once the dust has settled. Just wait and see…

For example; twice as many non Coronavirus deaths than usual for this time of year. Why? Paranoia over a small actual direct death toll from a Covid 19 means the health system is totally dysfunctional and the population aren’t being looked after properly….

It’s £ucking disgraceful how it’s been handled. This photo just another example, the only lemmings are those that buy into this garbage. Serge and Moussa are just doing what they’re paid to do in this photo.

Like bloody lemmings, can’t see a hole in the ground without falling into it. More bad news, not content with showing up the Premier League players and executives by taking a 70 percent wage cut the, Barcelona have only gone and put the Nou Camp naming rights up for sale and will donate all the money from the first year to charities and health services. Don’t tell you know who.
