Richarlison has posted a three worded message for the fans on his Instagram after scoring a brace against Newcastle.
He has struggled since his move to Tottenham, having scored only one goal past season.
Many thought he would thrive under Ange Postecoglou but the Brazilian still could not find his old form back.
It came to a point that his poor form started to have an effect on his mental health which he admitted recently.
After the Chelsea defeat, Richarlison underwent a surgery on his pelvic to treat an ongoing groin issue that kept him out for a few games.
He made his first start since coming back against Newcastle and showed glimpses of his old self as he scored a brace.
Having suffered for almost a year and half, the goals came as a big relief to him.
He also revealed that he feels much better after his surgery.
And he posted the following message on his Instagram for the fans who have supported him throughout.
He shared a picture of him celebrating the goal with the Tottenham supporters with the caption: “Nothing but gratitude”.
