Report: Tottenham eyes Bayern Munich’s Corentin Tolisso to bolster its midfield

By Eddie Razo -

Tottenham Hotspur wants to upgrade its midfield position. So the north London-based club added Pape Matar Sarr, who remained with FC Metz and will come to the Premier League side in 2022.

Nonetheless, that’s only the start for the Managing Director of Football Fabio Paratici. It seems as though Paratici is ready to dip into the free transfer market this coming summer to further improve the Tottenham midfield.

According to Calciomercato, Tottenham eyes Bayern Munich midfielder Corentin Tolisso, whose contract expires next summer. Although Tolisso’s contract expires in June, Tottenham can begin talks with the France international during the January window.

Furthermore, Tolisso has all the leverage heading into the open market as the report details that the 27-year-old demands a contract that sees him earn an annual salary over €6-million.

It will be interesting to see whether Tottenham decides to give those types of wages to a player that has struggled to remain fit. This season Tolisso has already missed six games for the Bavarian club.

Do you really believe we gonna get players for real? to get players 1st you need to sell players? then question arises who is gonna buy your flops I see no substantial interests from anyone. therefore I see this linking players to Spurs is just a distraction from the anger of the fans by just creating hope things will improve and at the end of the window will tell you we tried our best and the prices were too high or so and so club won’t do business with us or you may end up buying a cheap flop, Don Levy master class the spin master what do I know cheers.

Exactly, now we’re doing a double raid on Bayern are we? If we are then they’re going to be players (as with PSG and Moura and Aurier’s moves) that they want out…

Anyone leaving Bayern for Spurs at this present time is either rubbish (we sign many of those), unfit/injured (we sign many of those) or insane.
