Tottenham Hotspur is looking for a strike to help Harry Kane with the goal-scoring responsibilities. Furthermore, manager Antonio Conte likes having two great strikers for his system, which he had at Inter Milan with Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martínez.
This summer, Spurs could dive into the striker market, and one target they could have their eyes on is Bayer Leverkusen’s Patrik Schick, who is having an excellent season for the Bundesliga side.
According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham is one of several clubs like Manchester City, Arsenal, West Ham United, and Everton who have Schick on their radar.
However, Leverkusen CEO Fernando Carro has recently stated that they don’t intend to sell the 26-year-old this summer. Nonetheless, if they receive an offer, they can’t refuse; it will be interesting to see whether the German club keeps its stance.
The Czech Republic international has made 24 appearances for Bayer Leverkusen this season, scoring 20 goals and registering three assists.
The 2 boys Spurs signed Arsenal did not have an interest in if you ever read these nonsense being put out by so called sources. They making sh!t up. There must be one player in world football Spurs have an interest in that does not have Arsenal name attached to the story. It is like every window we were signing Zaha or Said Beraniho. I know this site is bringing the news out there, but goodness, where is the journalism?
That’s Levy’s transfer target. The block of flats he can convert on the Seven Sisters Road.
Yes but do you think the DM is interested in anything resembling the truth about anything?
Does he cost less than than 10 luxury flats..?
Didn’t he say last time we were mentioned in connection with him, that he wasn’t interested in being Kane’s back-up.
That’s the reason the manager at Spurs never gets the targets he wants as there are always other clubs interested in them and the selling club always prefers to deal with clubs who mean business and don’t mess them about. Ergo, we always buy players other clubs don’t want, N’Dombele being a prime example or cheap punts who generally don’t work out. Welcome to Levyworld which is a property company masquerading as a professional football club.
If other clubs are watching him then Levy won’t be interested, he doesn’t do auctions as they cost too much. To Dare is Too Dear.
