According to Daily Mirror’s Ryan Taylor, Chelsea are open to considering offers for the player during the January transfer window and have set a valuation for the midfielder at up to £60 million.
A recent report from Football Insider claimed that Spurs are in talks with Chelsea as they work on a deal to sign Gallagher.
Despite this development, the player is reportedly eager to remain in West London. Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino shares similar sentiments and aims to build the team around him.
Conor Gallagher has been an important player for Chelsea this season, and Pochettino has acknowledged his significance and commitment to the club’s values.
Tottenham’s need to bolster their midfield is unquestionable, given that they are without Yves Bissouma and Pape Matar Sarr for several weeks due to the AFCON, while Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is expected to leave the club as well.
