Harry Kane is one of the world’s best players and he just keeps getting better.
Injuries have taken their toll on him over the years and if he had been written off before this campaign, that would have been understandable, but he has taken this season by storm.
He has now added assists to the goals that we all know he is accomplished at scoring and that has made him an even more valuable target for other clubs.
Every team will want a Kane in their side and Independent Sports is reporting that Manchester City might try to sign him.
The report claims that before Pep Guardiola signed his recent contract extension with the Citizens, the Spanish manager asked City about bringing Harry Kane to the Etihad.
It says that Guardiola urged them to do whatever it takes to lure the England captain to Manchester.
Kane has made it known that he will not just remain at the north London side for the sake of it.
The Englishman wants to win trophies and this season might be the campaign that he finally leaves if this excellent start doesn’t lead to silverware.
