Tottenham Hotspur is in the market for a striker to replace Harry Kane or work alongside the 28-year-old. This summer, the north London-based club was linked to various forward, including ACF Fiorentina’s Dušan Vlahović.
The Italian club has failed to reach a contract extension with the 21-year-old, so they’re prepared to begin listening in on offers for their forward. According to La Nazione (via Sport Witness), Fiorentina has put its price tag on Vlahović.
Fiorentina wants an offer of around €70m (£59.9m) for the forward. Tottenham is expected to spend a significant amount of money with manager Antonio Conte now in the picture.
Despite staying past the summer transfer window, Kane’s future remains up in the air. Tottenham might want to put forth the money on a player that can eventually replace the England international. Tottenham does have competition as Arsenal does have their eyes on the Serbia international.
Vlahović has made 97 appearances for Fiorentina, scoring 37 goals and registering five assists.
