Practically A Lie, As “Zero” Contact Said To Have Been Made Between Clubs

By The Boy -

Jules Koundé to Tottenham is one transfer rumour I’ve mentioned on my YouTube channel, but only in disparaging tones, as we don’t have any money and it fundamentally any such deal would therefore stick out like a sore thumb. Sure, Daniel Levy can always find the money for capital assets, or vanity projects like stumping up over a million pounds a month to pay Gareth Bale’s wages, but going all in for a decent player we might actually need?

ESTADIOdeportivo have come into the coverage swinging, with the allegation from an inside source at Seville that there have been no discussions and beyond that the player would cost at least €65million and… would require Champions League football in order to have his head turned.

It could be that a number of outlets will have egg on their faces, but whatever the outcome, we shall all know soon enough as the transfer window’s close will once again reveal who was useful and who was wasting our time.

Right on. If you watch cricket. I was at the same club as Danny Richards in Jamaica, very talented all rounder. At practice one evening he was keeping wicket and I was in the slip. And he gathered a ball very wide down the legside. He turn to me and said, if that was Jeff Dujon, he would have dove and made a spectacular catch because he does not move his feet. That is Sanchez, the basics of his position is lost on him. He hardly knows where is partner is on defense, but he has that blinding speed that makes him look spectacular chasing down, making a play he could just play his position and simplify things. No sensible club is going to send a blue chip with Sanchez being apart of the package. Knight Levy if he pulls that off.

I personally wasn’t pushing a narrative, just saying there IS a problem in the UK, not as bad as some & it doesn’t make it less of a problem because we’re not.
& I cannot disagree or argue with you on your facts, it is an absolute disgrace & criminal in itself for the authorities to shy away from dealing with those matters with the full force of the law.

I don’t particularly want to get into a long winded debate about racism on this site because I believe it is first and foremost a football forum about our club but there are several issues you might consider about racism in the UK. I live in Spain which I can assure you is far more racist as is Italy. I have good friends in Holland and France who hate the Muslims and feel that they have never assimilated into their adoptive countries. I am not talking exclusively about the black community in Britain, but ask yourself how white British people feel about no go areas in the Midlands in towns like Bradford, Bury, Burnley and Rochdale, for non-Muslims. What about the grooming scandals in these towns where the authorities were too frightened to do anything about Muslim men exploiting vulnerable young white girls, yes, white girls. Compared to much of Europe, I have never thought Britain to be a particularly racist country but ask yourself this., if the ethnic communities who live in Britain keep pushing the racist narrative, you can only expect white people to get fed up. Positive discrimination does not always engender the required result.
If you really want to examine racism and prejudice, please examine the destruction of Judeo Christianity in the Middle East. Ask the Yazidis how they felt about being crucified. You could well make the argument that white Christians are the most persecuted people in the world at the moment.

Well said. 👍🏾
Those ignoring, rejecting, denying there is a problem are not much better than the perpetrators.
Would probably deny or say it was an overreaction as to why ALL premier league clubs had a 72 hour social media boycott in Apr/May!

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could all write wonderful platitudes about Enic and Levy? How they managed to achieve copious trophy successes whilst working on a shoestring budget because they didn’t have the resources that oligarchs and petro billionaires had. Sadly we both know that it’s never going to happen.

You cannot throw your hands in the air and said. Oh it was not me so all is well here. All is not well until people like you will stand and make the simplest of sacrifice to say, I understand what black folks are going through and it must end. What are you willing to sacrifice to help solve the problem. Family, Friends, and be educated about racism something were never ask for because we were born black. Have a chat with your family members and see how many you will lose or joint you, then multiple that by any number. That is what it will take to do somethimg or nothing.
You can’t just raise your hands and said, am not racist when racism is happen around you and it does not bother you.

The sad thing about your post is that it is absolutely spot on, mate. Couldn’t have put it better myself. If our plight was to be a Hollywood blockbuster it would get rejected at script stage for being too far fetched, but we know differently, don’t we?!!🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

No one is saying that this is a racist country. What is being said is that racism still exists and is a problem in society. Big difference. But I suppose that doesn’t fit in with your world view….

Not that I have any evidence to doubt you because this has been the historical pattern, but there’s a month to go before the Prem kicks off, a ton of players have been away with their countries, we just got a new manager and a new DoF that need to get up and running.

It’s a bit early to be THIS angry, lets see where we are in a fortnight.

Racism and tbh any form of online abuse and bullying is abhorrent, but I’m afraid to say, that “curing it” is about as likely as finding peace in the middle east.

It has always existed, it will always exist, unfortunately social media now gives these muppets a more public and anonymous voice.

Online accounts can actually be made to appear in any name, from anywhere & by anyone, you know!? Recently opened, no followers & non-English just to abuse black English footballers??? 🙄
But, I am of Caribbean descent my old mate, I know it’s not as bad as other countries BUT it sure is a more serious problem in the UK than some clearly think.

Thanks for that. As it was ITK, it was always suspect unless my source is referring to other land they are trying to buy. They are after all a property company not a football club!

It’s for a women & girls’ football academy. (& believed, other community facilities).
It’s land OWNED by the council & LEASED to THFC for (minimum) 25 years.
Been ongoing for 2 years, put off for a while due to the covid situation but approved last month & should be officially signed off this month.

That’s factual. 5 from UK. Most accounts were recently started (fake)with no followers. If you believe this is a racist country then it’s you who are wrong.

You might be interested to know that I have received ITK info this morning which leads me to understand that the club is buying some land near the present training ground to build a NFL training facility.

While other clubs go quietly about their business and buy and sell early preparing for pre season we as ever are “linked” “interested in” “talking to” “looking at” “following” “watching closely” “considering” or whatever other present participle is leaked out of the Levy/Cullen PR combo. The reality is Nuno and Paratici are in place as screening and cloaking devices for ENIC and Levy, There is no intent and never has been for 20 years to invest in the football business, Players are traded like assets in buy low sell high whatever the negative impact on the success of the football business.may be.Kane will probably be sold at the eleventh hour and once again we will end up with basically the same deadwood. We are a toxic club that is clearly an unattractive proposition for quality players or managers. Our real estate assets however are world class.

I hear, after the lunatic fawning and mural(?) Derrangement after pen race op 2021 it turns out that out of the 105 accounts that were investigated for race abuse only 5 were from this country. The insane hysterical crying and protest of a societal race problem has once again shown the scary media power over people’s minds. Job done though as Johnson is well on the way to banning online anonymity. Good job you utter morons.

No player worth their salt is interested in joining×tight chairman who does things “differently” and won’t spend money=complete disaster and potential bottom half/relegation of football team.

Davison has been playing for Columbia so would not expect him to be agreeing a move to Sevilla without talking to Nuno. Silly idea.
Our problem has always been the guys we want to shift don’t want to go. I would expect our MD of F to be working on that as well. In the meantime our media sources have free rein to make up nonsense to get us all clicking away.

I’m not sure if it is a sensible approach? it could be seen as the club are a bunch of messers!!

Think the reason this guy was hired is that the bald parasite’s number has been blocked by so many clubs/agents.

Just want transfer window to close and see what we have and go from there.

Didn’t Levy say himself that sales must come first before buys?

This is all spin by the PR department as usual and as Marbella says below we’ve seen it all before and more and more people are wising up to their MO.It’s pathetic really for a club that claims to be one of the big six.

Oh for a little honesty here. However it seems that the dissemination of lies exists in all walks of life these days.Ignore everything until iit is proven to be true or believe the opposite of what you are told is my motto.

This story was never believable and has only reinforced the view that we are a deeply unattractive club to both new players and top class managers. Following the sacking of Mourinho just days before a domestic cup final in order to save money on compensation, the football world’s eyes have been completely opened into the catastrophic mess that our club is in. If anybody who either supports the club or has a passing interest as an objective commentator on the game of football had any doubts about the Enic regime and their little weasel of a CEO, the scales were fully lifted from their eyes by Levy’s egregious behaviour. For those of you on this site who have been expounding their distaste for Levy’s methods for some years despite serious opprobrium from Levyologists, I salute you as somebody who has been a late developer but is now fully committed to the cause. The Kounde transfer story was all hot air emanating from the club’s PR spin machine, probably orchestrated by Donna Cullen and her cronies. As an ambitious player who wants to win trophies, why would you want to go to a club who have only won a single domestic trophy in twenty two years? This is a club who has always sold it’s best players even when we had a serious chance of winning something. The Skriniar story is another nonsensical story which will never happen. In last year’s transfer window, we had agreed personal terms with Ruben Dias but Levy pulled out at the last moment allowing City to sign the player of the year. We signed Rodon instead so you can imagine how Mourinho felt as Dias was his first pick to sort out our defensive problems. It was probably his first taste of Levy’s world.
Our search for a new manager was completely farcical. Who sacks a world class manager days before a cup final without a plan for succession and then takes over eighty days to sign a manager not deemed good enough for Wolves having been linked with Conte, Rodgers, Ten Hag, Nagelsmann and Lopategui?
In the immortal words of Jamie Redknapp, “they’re all fu**ing clowns down there”.

That’s the problem though,Levy writing the cheques.

I read somewhere that Patrici’s MO is to basically get half a dozen plates spinning for the position he wants to fill and then see how they pan out. This is no doubt why we have been linked to about 10 centre halves recently!

Tbh I don’t actually mind this as a tactic, particularly if Levy writes the cheques, we’ve seen enough deals collapse at the last minute to make this seem like a sensible approach.

£25m + Sanchez would be dreamy, but I suspect we’ll end up with the Japanese lad and that will be that for defenders.
