There’s only one sane way to approach this match and that is with a Plan A and a Plan B – no, really!
Unless by some miracle Spurs are two or more goals up at 69minutes, that is not the time to make switches because by then it will be far too late.
Should Barca decide not to throw this game, and take a convincing lead then it is imperative we have a bench with some answers on it.
Equally, if Spurs are as imperious as they were against say, Chelsea, then this would also allow us to finish the Catalans off.

Ben and Serge have both been derided, but they’ve both actually been super effective recently.
Sissoko, Dier and Winks will be needed to weather the inevitable storm.
Winks saw a lot of the ball against Leicester City and despite a colossally successful passing accuracy rate, he did very little that was memorable with the damn thing.
Son over Dele because I think Dele can be sent on with a genuine bee in his bonnet.
Moura – simply cannot be relied upon at this level.*

*Haters – get your screen shot trousers on.

‘Come to N17 they said, it’ll be a blast, they said’
I agree with this mostly, as i feel that PSV have been written off too quickly, and mostly people feel that its a foregone conclusion that Inter will win. Whatever happens, our players know that we will need to go for it, so they need to play to their max. I am excited, cant wait, and really wish that tomorrow will give us some heroes !!!!
Ahh…to have a plan B would require a squad depth with quality and different skill sets in most roles. anyway….
I like your formation, I would say we play better with 3 at the back, but then who makes way, Son has proved he is better up the top, Sissoko cant play on the wing (and I still don’t believe he can play anywhere, but I am starting to melt on that one).
If we win I think it could be our best win in a decade, but realistically I think a draw for us and a draw for Inter is considerably more likely. PSV will not be as easy to beat as we think.
In other news, Roger, the bodybuilding beefcake kangaroo made famous online has died. RIP Roger.
Its 1987 at Spurs squad wise these days. Just need Sean Close as the 13th man. Less choice than a vegan deli.
Sissoko marking Messi, oh be still my beating heart.
We should play all the seconds and save ourselves for the Ropey… Hehe
‘Poch needs two plans against Barca’
Oh how we laughed !
Going to the match. Expecting a win-and I’m no optimist by nature. Lineup above is…unlikely. Alli certain to play. Aurier is injured. Barca pen, spurs set piece equalizer from the Dane vs reserve keeper and a Late Kane goal for the win. Why not?
No Aurier on the plane if football.london is to believed .
