Tottenham are reportedly considering Atletico Madrid’s Stefan Savic as a central defensive signing this summer.
Jan Vertonghen has one foot out of the door and Juan Foyth could follow to leave Jose Mourinho in need of a new centre-back.

Savic previously played in the Premier League for Manchester City but lasted only a season at the Etihad Stadium. I remember him having an absolute horror show in the infamous Balotelli stamp, Defoe miss, King penalty game that City won 3-2 in January of 2012.
The Montengro international has since built himself a good career on the continent, spending three years with Fiorentina before moving to Atletico Madrid to hone his craft under Diego Simeone.
Spanish media outlet TodoFichajes understands that the 29-year-old would be available for 15m Euros and that Spurs are interested.
It’s fair to say these fans on Twitter are not enthusiastic about this potential signing. Perhaps they also remember Savic’s City stinker.

Or the same ones reported over and over.
From what I’ve seen he’s a very decent player. So what if he had one bad game at City, who hasn’t at one time.He was much younger then.
15m for a proven international CB is not bad these days and at 29 he’s the same age as Koulabaye I believe and he’s valued at 80m by his club.
Him and Toby together would be OK by me.
You have us interested in over 20 centre halfs how can you expect us to take you seriously anymore? Every day another one appears.
Fifteen million for a twenty nine year old? That’ll be a no then.
