Tottenham Hotspur midfielder James Maddison has chosen the most skilful teammate at Tottenham Hotspur.
The 26-year-old midfielder picked Manor Solomon as the most skilful player at the club right now. The Israeli winger has been unfortunate with injury problems since joining the club and he has played a total of 280 minutes of first-team football at Tottenham.
He showed his quality during a loan spell at Fulham last season and he will be hoping to make his mark at Tottenham now. There is no doubt that the 24-year-old was an impressive player for Fulham and he could be an important squad player for Tottenham as well.
However, few would have expected Maddison to choose him as the most skilful Tottenham player right now. The North London club are blessed with a number of technically gifted players including Maddison himself.
Maddison said (h/t Chris Cowlin): “In terms of actual skills, tricks and quick feet I’d probably say Manor Solomon, one of the sharpest players I’ve ever seen.”

in addition to the England international, Son Heung-min, Dejan Kulusevski, Giovani Lo Celso, Bryan Gil and Richarlison are all exceptionally skilful players.
Maddison’s comments will certainly get the Tottenham fans excited about Solomon. It remains to be seen whether the 24-year-old can establish himself as a regular starter for the North London in the coming months.
He is yet to enter the peak of his career and there is no reason why he cannot be an important member of the first team squad, if he can get over his injury problems.
