NLD Highlights n’ Goals Video

By The Boy -

Strange game from a whole host of perspectives.

Pochettino will leave Wembley feeling relieved, and Unai Emery must be kicking himself that his lot failed to finish us off.

Spurs pulled their usual stunt of having endless possession (60%) and achieving naff all with it.

Cumulative passing accuracy success percentages were substandard for both sides, with Arsenal managing a meagre 64.3% and Spurs ‘bossed’ proceedings with a mediocre 78.1%.

Which for those of you slow on the uptake – explains why this occasion won’t be remembered as one of best the games of the 21st century.

Arsenal are very much a side in transition, that’s their excuse.

As for Tottenham, we look like a side that not only refuses to spend, but hasn’t got a bench worth a damn.

Great t shirts

Thank goodness for Sissoko, he was in full-on beast mode for most of it, our one-man midfield. The rest of them were like a drain, they just let that wet lot dribble through.
