Moura’s Pride Forces The Issue – A Little [video]

By The Boy -

The mood in the camp isn’t a good one, and our supporters are split between those that believe Mourinho ought to get a better tune out of this mob and those that thoroughly fed up with the entire ENIC merry-go-round. Lucas Moura’s goal puts Spurs back in the mix, but pulling another goal out of this particular hat looks ambitious.

West Ham’s unbeaten run looks more likely to continue.

I have never labelled dier with anything other than donkey he always has a mistake in him always over the years. Same when Dawson played he always had a mistake in him. As for alli the sooner he goes the better. On a plus bale I thought had his best game and has shown of late he can still play a bit. Kane was different today seemed of the pace in the first half not his usual scary putting himself about Kane. The one that concerned and has done of the last month is son another game he struggled in. Is he going through the motions till the end of the season or just burnt out. For a guy who goes to bed so early (watch the sonsational) he is not at his previous levels. We still have europa cup and it must be our first priority this season now.

Even our best players are not looking in form, that is a real worry.

The worst thing is that West Ham are not particularly good, and yet they’re currently in CL places, showing what could be achieved if we ever got our sh~t together this season. We gave them two goals with our ineptitude, and were unable to convert even when three of our players got in behind their defence.

The first goal was a now-trademarked Dier-Lloris farce, tried out against Liverpool and repeated with much success today. What were the defenders doing when they let Lingardinho run through on goal alone, only they know.

I’m sick to death of Sanchez, Dier and Doherty. But I am really livid with Dele’s useless, possession-losing flicks that stand out even more when the rest of the team actually makes a decent effort to get back in a game. He contributes absolutely nothing – in fact, his overall impact is not even neutral, it’s negative.

Our shooting was decidedly average today, and there were more things to address – but overall, I just got the impression we lacked pride. West Ham were the ones who dented our confidence so badly in the 3-3 draw, they always want to take points off us and treat these derbies like cup finals, so we should have had plenty of motivation to get back at them. Instead, we looked like we couldn’t be bothered until the second half, by which time the damage had already been done.

Bale should have played from the start. He has to be given a run now alongside Kane and Son. We have to grab games from the start and get control then make subs late on. Bale Kane and Son have the quality up front to work together. There is no way that Sanchez and Dier should have started this game. Toby alongside Rodon. Every match we are conceding soft goals. West Ham did a Jose by getting their nose in front and then creating a low block. Docherty is such a poor crosser. Jose has to settle the back line and stop changing it every match.

Dier was lauded as a superb leader and player in October/November. He needs someone next to him who knows what they doing to keep him in check. Sanchez is not that man, neither is Lloris behind him.

Alli’s flick to no one when we had them camped in their box sums him up.

If Ndombele is the answer I still cannot work out the question. He’s played badly out of position. That position should be in France, not England!

As the GOAT how long does Mourinho need to realise that Dele and Doherty are wasting his time.
The only good thing after that is that it is likely the arse still won’t be above us after tonight.
