There has been and will be much talk of Harry Kane making his break for freedom this summer, and a very likely interested party is Man City, as Sergio Agüero moves on to enjoy his two twilight years in Barcelona.
According to Bild, Frankfurt is set to spend the summer fending off enquiries for a number of their players who have excelled, despite narrowly failing to secure Champions League football, and one attractive proposition is 25-year-old André Silva.
André Miguel Valente da Silva made 32 appearances and scored 28 goals in the Bundesliga and the Primeira Liga runner-up might well be asking himself if he wants to get more from his career. To date, the only winners medals that the boy has to his name is a Segunda Championship, and for Portugal, a UEFA Nations League one.
City is said to have made an approach to Silva’s consulting agency Gestifute (which represents Cristiano Ronaldo, among others), but the real issue here is that Harry Kane won’t need to acclimatize to the Premier League.

I’m sure there’s a joke somewhere in Man Citys obsession with Silva. This would be their 3rd one I think
Ahhhh, the Andre Silva I was banging on about Levy should go in for 2 years or so ago.
Does Daniel actually have anybody on the staff who knows anything about footballers? I don’t even watch the bloody thing anymore.
Or, we get Jesus as our saviour, and the lad Silva becomes second fiddle to Kane?
