Real Madrid and England star Jude Bellingham has sent a three worded message for James Maddison after he won the Premier League player of the month.
The Tottenham attacking midfielder won the award in his first month at the new club.
He has been a consistent performer over the years at Leicester and has had a brilliant start to his Spurs career as well, contributing to 2 goals and 2 assists in 4 games.
And after posting about his latest individual accolade on Instagram, both his Tottenham teammates as well as England teammates jumped in to congratulate him, including Jude Bellingham.
He commented: “Love it Sherrif 🫶 👏”
James Maddison has not been allowed a chance to impress with the national team during this international break. The England manager played him out on the left wing instead of starting him in his natural position as an attacking manager.
The decision was slammed by Rio Ferdinand who criticised the manager’s decision to continue playing Jordan Henderson in the midfield alongside Declan RIce and Jude Bellingham when he could put Maddison alongside the duo.
Tottenham play Sheffield United in the Premier League today where James Maddison will return to playing his best position and Spurs fans will hope he continues his fine form.
