Tottenham continue to be linked with Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher ahead of the summer transfer window.
He is one of the players said to be on top of the priority list for Tottenham.
The North London club tried to sign him last summer but could not reach an agreement.
They continued to pursue him in the January window, however, did not make a formal approach.
However, as per the latest from The Telegraph’s Matt Law, Spurs will make a bid for him in the summer if he does not extend his contract with Chelsea.
The midfielder has less than 18 months left in his current contract and as per the report, Chelsea will make him a new contract offer but an agreement is far from being reached.
The England International has been one of the first names on Pochettino’s team sheet this season.
He has featured in the starting XI for all 24 Premier League games he has been available for this season, scoring two goals and four assists.
With Hojbjerg set to leave and Spurs looking for another midfielder, Gallagher could be a really good signing.
