They head to Chelsea this weekend sitting top of the Premier League table and it is a match that will test their title credentials once again, similar to their game against Manchester City last week.
Tottenham’s title bid has been spearheaded by the form of Harry Kane with the striker combining well with Son Heung-min to score the goals that the club needs.
Every team that wants to face Spurs will consider the Englishman to be the key player and it is the same for Chelsea.
Frank Lampard was speaking ahead of the match this weekend and he singled out Harry Kane for special praise.
He said that the Englishman is a very mature and intelligent player and he is one of the reasons why Tottenham are where they are at the moment.
‘He [Kane] has matured as a player, he is a very impressive player,’ Lampard said as quoted by Mail Sports.
‘I think he is an intelligent player and that is why they are in a strong position. Harry Kane is in a sweet spot at the moment.’
