The THST (Tottenham Hotspur Supporter’s Trust) appear to be polling opinion upon which design the crowd surfer should bare.
I say “appear” as credit is due for keeping this initiative as low key as possible.
All we do know is that the surfer is paid for, but we don’t know by whom, and that it will be 6m by 6m.
The size is pitifully small and I presume the limitation is down to health and safety and not blocking gangways.
The net result, if this path is pursued is we are going to be a laughing stock. It’ll look like we’re waving a hanky.
Have I got a better idea? Yes. Quit this infantile secret squirrel routine and try sharing plans, who knows, you might attract a finer mind or two to aid producing something that won’t make us a laughing stock.
This is a multimillion pound business and we’re making a tablecloth.
The designs on offer plus 2 from me are above. The cold hard truth is that none of them will look any good on a 6mx6m piece of cloth, they look like they’ve come from that snide stall at the back of the stadium.
