That right folks, the Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Austrian-American politician, actor, film-maker and one time mayor of California is trying his hand at football punditry. Sort of.
The Terminator himself somehow ended up on the BBC’s Football Focus, dishing out a sound bite ahead of tomorrow’s game. Spurs might not lose!
So then Arnie, what you’re saying is… it won’t be “Hasta la vista, baby!” at Anfield on Sunday?
Arnie, take my clothes, my boots and my motorcycle. But please stop taking the…
“They lose some stupid games.”

Im full of shit, Harry, especially on a grumpy Sunday morning. Really appreciate this blog so I’ll wind my neck in with the criticism.
But you are letting Levy off the hook by starting again with a new manager.
I dont want some other wretched project I want this one to be given a chance to get back on track.
A new manager will need new players, Poch needs new players. That excellent link from the Athletic highlighted our squad problems and we will be fucked for a bit regardless.
We’ve been in this cycle since Enics reign began, the one thing we’ve not seen is a manager given chance to build and re build a team.
Pochettino deserves the season. And to be backed n
In which case I will need to be put on a watch list
Mourinho will want a couple hundred mill for transfers. He couldnt even work with Man Utds budget. Levy won’t give him what he would require. Itl be an equivalent of who Arsenal have now, an average foreigner, Maybe Rodgers, Howe or Hughton.
A new manager might – Pochettino has proved he cannot.
I’d be surprised if this were true. I certainly agree that’s it’s true with a few players, but only a few. Personally I’d like to see what happens if he’s allowed to get rid of the few he believes to be causing the problems. I’ve been in team myself where 1 or 2 bad attitudes can bring down the spirit of the whole team.
Getting rid of Poch for the sake of Eriksen Tose, Alderweireld, Vertonghen And Wanyama or whoever they might be would be a mistake in my opinion because those players are soon leaving anyway. A new manager will not be able to bring them back to their former selves.
There’s not enough money to displace Poch’s waffle. They’ve heard it all before. They’re bored to tears by him.
Time for a fresh voice. Someone to reinvigorate the squad.
Poch’s time is up.
If Poch goes a new manager will want plenty of funds to reinvigorate the squad. As everyone knows Poch himself is a very good manager, let’s give him those funds to do it himself. It will be the shorter path to success than starting again.
Bizarrely, you’ve picked on a piece written by me, that I as ever, I truly believe.
You want more Pochettino – if so why? This isn’t going anywhere. It’s over.
You want some other wretched project – is so why? You think Spurs can ever win anything using this tactic of disguising money making as building a team for the future?
I want to be entertained. Mourinho would bring some light relief after all the lies.
The bullshit appears to be in your brain, not mine.
Levy and Mourinho would be oil and water. Poch accepted Levy’s thirty pieces of silver. He understood and accepted Levy’s modus operandi which will never change. It will all end in tears as it inevitably does with Levy.
Most likely be in the bottom half of the table at tea time.
Brave New world.
Mourinho couldnt make Utd good again but he is going to come and improve us?
I normally appreciate the cold hard reality of this blog but last few weeks there has been a bit of a blip.
Fair enough but didnt need a bullshit filter on here before.
