Didn’t stop Levy giving him a new long term deal in the summer though…

I can see bale coming back to england at anytime to a big club like city or liverpool or manure.. But not us.. Loads of factors come into play behind closed doors like personal happiness, wife, kids, other family. A fall out can also happen anytime. I never thought beckham would leave manure. He didnt either… Its often tough to distinguish the fake media from the real media. Shocks do happen. And they say there is no smoke without fire…. Its the straight up lies that get me, alot of journos should be sacked.

I would love this to happen man.. But its all lies fabricated by the media.. Every single transfer window since hes gone the likes of the sun mirror mail have said we were in talks for his return. Also manure hes constantly linked with.. There is about 1 per cent chance he’ll come back to us in this transfer window… Real madrid with super wages and loads of trophies,,, or spurs in serious disarray.. He was never coming.

Ok, I’m going to assume the persona of a pro Levy zombie;

Rose, Eriksen, Wanyama leave freeing up about 250k a week from our wage budget. Bale can play both as a left wingback and a central striker these days. We also bring in a cheapo lump to stick up front until Kane returns. Verts is off in the summer anyway so that’s another 100k a week gone.

Would Bale take a pay cut, down to 260k a week plus big clauses meaning he could earn the same money over a year?

Kane might be off too now so he’d fill the marquee player thing to soften the blow.

It’s not impossible to do and still stay within Levy’s low overall wage bill.

When you look at it like that it could happen, even if it does it would be nothing more than window dressing…

He is gone. So now short a right back, a left back, a DMF and a striker… But we have signed 2 wingers to go with our other 2…

Fair point, Rose can still play. Up to the manager to get him onside. Once his career is over Rose won’t have anyone to blame his footy problems on.

He’ll probably start moaning about, the irregular shape of potatoes in the supermarket or summink…

Despite what ‘her majesty’s gutter press’ have been saying, Bale is a non starter. He’s actually still a very important player at Real. Bale and Zidane have hardly hit it off but that’s not enough for a club like Real Madrid let an important player leave mid season.

If you believe it, you probably also believe in unicorns…

Jose will blow his top eventually, he’ll regret ever getting involved with ENIC soon enough…

So have no choices at all at left back? We won’t bring anyone in

It’s difficult to know how long he’s been out as he barely makes the squad anyway.

Yes mate.. Bale is the only thing that can change my mood and would give me hope.. It’s never happening though is it.. If we were serious about bale he’d have been the first in the door…. Bales agent said last week hes going nowhere this season.

That’s not a rant!!!! That’s just nailed it!!! Tomorrow night there’s gonna be fireworks at Parliament Square to mark brexit. I reckon there’s gon a be a better show at levy Castle at coincidencently exactly the same time as it means the disgrace to our club has once again not assisted either the team, manager, or the fans. I would love to be able to put what I really think about him on here but in the woke world we live in I’d get 5 years

Apparently according to Alasdir Gold, Piriak was the “one” and we have “apparently” been in talks since the beginning of the window. However,Levy’s ten million budget(less than the cost of fitting the beer pumps at the new destination) was not quite enough to tempt AC Milan. Whilst Levy was trying to swop them with our players or a loan deal ( in Levy land, a try before you buy option) Klinsmann has come in and done a quick deal at £23 million. Now we are looking for an ex Gooner and Chelsea reject for 50% lower than Levy’s budget at £5 million. We have offloaded three players so far, bought another wing man, Gedson who is what exactly? yet failed again to deal with our real needs of a DM player a WB and a striker and oh yes, of course Levy is working around the clock to do a deal for Bale using the other £5 million and more than a half reduction in wages plus a years supply of craft beer. World class ambition shown once again by our Poundland Chairman who constantly stated that the club needed the new latrine to be able to compete and this is Levy’s version of competing. Welcome to the ENIC vision. Goodbye Kane in the summer. This Chairman and these owners are an embarrassment to this “once” great club. Of course I may be proved wrong and Bale may rock up on the last day of the window swooning over the “amazing new stadium” and saying this is all that matters just playing here, not winning anything, not the money, just this stadium……………..

A left back whose heart is not in it? Yes.

Anyone would think Davies is 75 years old the time it has taken for him to heal.

Rose is this years Eriksen, his heart is not really in it anymore. Might stay as Levy will get a better price in the summer. Just read gone to Newcastle on a £2 million loan with option to buy.

Like Rose or not…can we really afford to lose a left back too! we are 2 days from close of window and still not even filled the roles that needed filling at the start. We have loaned a replacement for CE and a winger to compete in a role where it was barely a priority.
