Tottenham legend Hugo Lloris is said to be closing in on a move to MLS side Las Angeles FC.
Paul O Keefe reported yesterday that the player is in advanced talks with the club over a January move.
Fabrizio Romano has now affirmed Paul O Keefe’s claims about the MLS side advancing in talks to sign the Frenchman.
He added that a deal is being discussed with the player and that a move to MLS is considered concrete. Spurs have given the green light and the ball is in the player’s court now.
He shared the update on X:
“LAFC are advancing in talks to sign Hugo Lloris from Tottenham, deal being discussed on player side but MLS move considered concrete as @pokeefe1 called. Spurs already gave the green light, it’s up to Lloris.”

Lloris has been a great servant for Tottenham, spending 11 years in London, making 444 appearances and keeping 151 clean sheets.
And despite a dip in form over the past couple of seasons, Hugo Lloris is regarded as a club legend by the Tottenham faithful.
