Daniel Levy is no longer pricing Harry Kane at £100m – journalist reveals new price tag

By Mehdi Gokal -

According to Daily Mail journalist Sami Mokbel, Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is now pricing Harry Kane at £120m.

Since the start of the summer it has been reported that the club has set a £100m price tag on the England striker.

The hefty price tag was aimed to fend off interest from the likes of Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and PSG.

While Manchester United withdrew their interest from him due to the expensive price, it has failed to deter Bayern Munich.

The German club has already had an offer of £60m plus add-ons rejected by Spurs and their latest bid worth £70m plus add-ons is also expected to be rejected.

The report claims that a bid close to £100m is what could bring Levy to the negotiating table.

Bayern Munich are hoping that if the player pushes for a move, it could force Spurs to consider a lower bid.

They have already reportedly convinced the striker to move to Germany. It has been reported that they have a house, school for kids, and language assistance ready for him should he move.

But Levy has been left furious by Bayern for approaching Kane directly which could make any negotiations hostile.

It was reported that Levy intends to punish Bayern by making them pay more than £100m.

With Levy now valuing him at £120m, it is interesting to see what Bayern’s third bid is going to be like.
