It’s the last chance saloon for Tottenham Hotspur to do something meaningful in this season’s summer transfer window.
According to several respected sources online, there is yet more injury news plaguing Thomas Frank, as Dominic Solanke’s condition is now worse than initially feared.

The former Bournemouth star, who still has yet to shine at Spurs, is thought to require surgery now before he can return to action.
Thomas Frank told the press ahead of the Bournemouth game:
“Yeah got a minor issue with his ankle. That’s been a little bit grumbling also in the pre-season. It’s just too much for this game and now we have international break so hopefully he can be ready after that.”
Elsewhere, Spurs are still combating niggles in other players. Yves Bissouma, who failed his medical to facilitate a move to Turkey, is said to now be injured.
Before the Manchester City game, Thomas Frank told the press:
“Unfortunately he got injured in training yesterday, so very unfortunate. An injury we look into how much it is. Biss will miss this game.”
James. Maddison’s ACL injury is so serious that the club hasn’t even put a timeline on when he might return.
Radu Dragusin is also on the mend from his own ACL injury and should hopefully be back before Christmas.
Given the burden on ENIC after last season’s pitiful 17th-place finish, surely Daniel Levy will be looking to back the former Brentford coach?
