Bruno Fernandes Goal: Spurs Target Wows With Great Touch & Finish [Video]

By Joe Fish -

The Daily Mail understands that Bruno Fernandes is one of Tottenham Hotspur’s key targets ahead of the January transfer window.

The Sporting Lisbon captain has been a prolific goalscorer and assister over the past couple of seasons to put himself on the radar of some big clubs.

If Fernandes is going to be the man to replace the inevitably outgoing Christian Eriksen, Spurs fans will love what they see with this goal for Portugal in their Euro 2020 qualifier against Luxembourg today.

This Fernandes goal is more reminiscent of the type which Dele Alli might score, rather than Eriksen. But Dele could do with some competition too.

The desire to make the run beyond the striker, the delicate first touch to bring the ball under his spell and the unstoppable finish.

Yes please, Daniel.

He’s 31. Would we really be interested? 2 more seasons at the top then no sell on value. Doesn’t sound like a Levy style deal to me!

Apparently Barca have been offered less than half their valuation for Rakatic by a PL club.I bet that was Levy!

Winks was good again last night, nice goal too. There is definitely a player there.

I find it funny how fluid our attack was the other night without him… Then tonight (until last 15mins) every time we attached it looked stalled… Even Kane goal was a badly defended rubbish cross by sterling. He seems to always want one more touch and wants to stop the ball before he runs. Such an infuriating player to watch, must be so hard to play with as you don’t when to make the run… Not that it will be worth it as he won’t pass.

So Bulgaria haven’t kept a clean sheet at home for 6 matches yet the Czechs can’t score against them even though they beat England who have won every other match by 4 to 7 goals. Nothing suspect about the Czech v England match then…..😶

A bit overrated in my opinion, very good player on his day but lacks composure to be world class which seems to be the widely hyped opinion.

England don’t produce many great players and generally when they do it’s rarely attacking midfielders. He doesn’t alter that for me.

I’ve never understood this current PC inspired love in of Sterling. He is surrounded by great players at his club who set him up with chances even I could convert. He’s too greedy and slow of thought to be remotely compared to the world’s best.
