BILD: Sabitzer Keen On Spurs Transfer Which Will Cost Levy €6M pa In Wages

By The Boy -

Marcel Sabitzer to Spurs as a transfer rumour might have a poor pedigree; as it began last March soon after the Austrian put a brace of goals past us in the Europa League. This is a familiar technique for journalists lacking in self control. Player X that impresses against Team B suddenly becomes a target for… Team B. That said, Christian Falk, head of football for BILD, understands that Sabitzer would be open to a move to N17 from the Fatherland.

I expect us to be linked with all sorts of craziness and magic in this winter window. With any luck Poch does get the PSG job and that might set the ball rolling.

Probably because he would cost twice the fee of Sabitzer for a start, and at least twice the salary. In levyland sabitzer represents the better dael.

Do you know shipmates – if JoMo really wants him I would say bring him in and let any midfielder leave. Hopefully it would be one of the usual suspects but I wouldnt mind if Ndombele was the sacrifice.
Hojbjerg is exempted obvs.

Get him in, he’s a very useful player, a true all-purpose midfielder who would absolutely improve the squad. Good work rate, good technical ability, can stand up to the physicality of the PL. We need a successor to the 31yo Sissoko, and he could the one.
