I’ve only tipped one Academy player to date, and that was Harry Winks.
Because I’m an expert – someone who knows what he’s talking about after decades of considered experience – I was right.
The next lad to make the grade will be Oliver Skipp.
Today I’ll be showcasing the boy and making a coherent argument to support why he’s good stuff and why, unlike so many other haircut wielding deadbeats, he’s destined to make the grade.

I am just worried he will make the cut…but not quite with us. I am not sure he will get the chances to turn from a great option on the bench to a top midfielder. much like Winks, I think the lad needs match time.
Under 18s aint lost a game. Top. played 11. Won 9. Averaging 4.5 goals a game conceding less than one. Troy parrot working the server players “give me more:-) the academy continues to pay for itself on its hunt for the natural gems while making sure non slip through. (Kane nearly did) cant think of any others that have. Natural gems are very rare. There’s still hope for a lot of the youts that started to blossom when poch got here. Some take longer to grow. KWP will be a fine attacking defender within the next 3 years. It will take that many first team games for him to become one. Of all the youts I have seen at the lamex (I knew skippy had something about him too) but “attitude Edwards” him! He caresses the ball so sweetly, makes defenders look silly. He’ll be some player within 3 years too. His feet deserve to grace the new lane. I so hope they do. Marcus. fix up u bloodclart self!!!! Eeeeedyat bwoy.
