Aurier a doubt, Lo Celso still missing and other Tottenham team news ahead of West Ham

By Bruce Grove -

Serge Aurier is a doubt for Tottenham’s game against West Ham as Jose Mourinho’s team looks to build momentum in their top-four bid.

The last time both teams met in the league, the Hammers extraordinarily drew 3-3 against Spurs when they had been three goals down.

They have grown from strength to strength since that game and they head into this weekend’s match six points and four places above Spurs.

After beating Wolfsberger 4-1 away from home yesterday, Spurs will be keen to return to form in the league following their 3-0 loss to Manchester City the last time.

Harry Kane didn’t play the Europa League game yesterday, but it wasn’t because of anything serious and he should be fit for the match against the Hammers.

Standard Sports has delivered an update on the Tottenham team that could face David Moyes’ side.

The report claims that Sergio Reguilon and Giovani Lo Celso, who are both out with hamstring injuries, will miss the game.

Both players and Aurier are the only major absentees from the match, which leaves Jose Mourinho with a host of fine players to execute his game plan.

The Special One will set his team up to beat a West Ham side that is growing in confidence every week.
