Ange called up Tottenham youngster with 12 goals to train with the first-team earlier this week

Ange Postecoglou continues his commitment to integrating academy prospects into the senior team at Tottenham Hotspur, allowing them to train alongside the club’s top players.

Mikey Moore is the latest youth talent called up to first-team training, following in the footsteps of players like Ashley Phillips, Alfie Dorrington, Alejo Veliz, and Jamie Donley.

Mikey Moore was seen training ahead of the club’s Premier League fixture against Brentford.

With a standout season, the 16-year-old Englishman is set to make an impact for the first team.

He was seen training with the first team earlier this week ahead of their busy schedule.

He has been in outstanding form this season, scoring 12 goals and providing 6 assists in just 11 appearances across the U18 Premier League and FA Youth Cup.

That’s including a stunning hat-trick against Southampton yesterday.

Moore’s form extends to international play as well, actively participating in 3 games in the U17 UEFA European Championship Qualification last November.

His impressive performance in the tournament saw him score 4 goals and assist twice, including a memorable hat-trick against Croatia

The teenager has received high praise from pundits and is regarded as a potential star in North London.

He is also attracting interest from other clubs including Manchester City who reportedly kept an eye on him in the January transfer window.

There is a big chance that he could be next in line to break in to the first team.

Ange has already proven that he is not afraid to give youngsters a chance. Pape Matar Sarr being a very prominent example and a motivation for the other youngsters.
