Genoa centre-back Radu Dragusin has been strongly linked with a move to Tottenham in recent days.
According to Fabrizio Romano, negotiations are underway between Spurs and the Serie A side.
The two clubs are yet to reach an agreement for the 21-year-old defender but the transfer expert claims that Tottenham are confident as contacts are ongoing on a daily basis.
He also adds that the deal for Nice defender Jean-Clair Todibo has almost collapsed, as previously reported.
He shared the update on X:

Todibo had reportedly been Tottenham’s top target for some time, but Spurs shifted their focus to Dragusin as time was the priority for Spurs.
Due to their current injury situation, they can not afford prolonged negotiations, which was expected in the case with Nice for Todibo putting the deal at the risk of collapsing.
As far as the Romanian is concerned, the difference between GEnoa’s asking price and what Spurs are willing to spend is not much and it is only a matter of time until the two clubs come to an agreement.
