A Good Few Man United Fans Calling For Mauricio Pochettino Online Tonight
By Harry Hotspur -

This evening Manchester United mounted a daring comeback against Premier League new boys Sheffield United, after initially trailing by 2 goals to nil.

The final score was 3-3.

Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s 2019/209 season to date has been on a par with Tottenham’s and it’s unsurprising some fans were lacking belief in their boss.

The once legendary winning machine Man United, currently occupy 9th spot in the Premier League and it is not unfair to say that their fans are unable to take anything for granted right now.

Goals from Williams, Greenwood and Rashford barely spared United’s blushes at Bramhall Lane tonight.

#OleOut has been trending on Twitter this evening, and the cries for former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino were doing the rounds from comparatively early on in the game.

OPINION

Given Daniel Levy’s track record with previous senior staff, it would be quite a surprise if Poch was legally able to step into another club management role immediately – at all – let alone for another Premier League Tottenham rival.

Jose is a yiiiiiiiiid😁. I’ll sing that later. Looking forward to some expressive uncomplicated football. Ain’t been overly excited about a match for a while. I just wanna see some good tottenham winning football.

    • Tappaspur says:

I must ask Boro manager Tom how all that works Stevenage lamex Barnet hive regarding the money. Do we pay them, do they pay us even. Do they keep the gates ect. I’m clueless

You knooooow. Just tuning up for tomorrow😁

  4. David Dillenberg says:

With 3 PL mangers in the firing line will Poch be tempted by the Arse Job.
It’s happened before N London managers crossing the divide namely Terry Neil and George Graham respectively.

  5. Tappaspur says:

Gangster films pulled from cinemas. It’s a “blue story. Reality must be censored.

  6. Tappaspur says:

Black Friday. Good time to treat yourself. I’m after brooks ergon handle bar grips for the bike. Well I’m worth it😁

  7. East Stand says:

Proper footballer LoCelso finished before he’s started under Maureen. AVB type tactics, all positional with quick transition on the break.

The more time goes on under Jose the more dull it will become, the scintillating press of Poch’s team on form will be a distant memory. 1-0 wins and moaning will eventually ensue…

    • Tappaspur says:

Proper baller yes. What makes you think he’s finished here man?

      • Tappaspur says:

        Just looking for NEGATIVE possibilities?

        • East Stand says:

No, just see Jose as ‘risk averse’ and younger players are a risk to him. At Utd he called some of the younger players out for not playing well rather than build their confidence.

They guy never had a playing career so he doesn’t understand the mindset of a developing younger player. His methods work with seasoned pros because you call them out and they react, younger players need to be shown faith.

Jose is just a stop gap and doesn’t fit well long term, he could be gone as early as next season…

    • David Dillenberg says:

Wakey wakey, wake up and smell the coffee beans me lud as immediate impressions of Jose are positive!!

      • Tappaspur says:

I know I’m gonna be floating out the lane tomorrow night. May the European burials begin. No one knows how to bury European teams like José

      • East Stand says:

I agree, but you can’t ignore his methods are not focused on developing younger players. Levy clearly panicked in fear of missing out on top 4. Had he backed Poch properly there probably wouldn’t have been the staleness that Levy is desperately trying to find a quick fix for.

Typical Levy, everyone else gets the blame for his shoddy efforts on transfers and contracts. I want Maureen to win us something, I support the club. However the whole situation is of Levy’s making and nobody else…

        • David Dillenberg says:

Clearly as you want ENIC out do something about it by organising an online Petition as they have done across the road!!

        • Tappaspur says:

If I hear pochs name again I’ll scream like a little b!#ch😊

          • East Stand says:

He built this Spurs team, he’s their god, their creator. Jose is just passing through…

            • David Dillenberg says:

Clueless. Just remind me how many titles Jose has won??

              • Tappaspur says:

Yey I can put my hand up. I know the answer. 25

              • David Dillenberg says:

                |Just accept it Levy’s fault or not, working miracles Poch had done his best taking the club as far as he could go. Thats it. End of|!

              • Steve KillerCushion Williams says:

All won at the very top clubs in each respective leagues though.. Most managers at madrid manure chelsea win titles. Clubs with the most money this is expected. He had money to burn at each club…. Now with no money we will see how good a manager he really is.. The truth is after joses most recent failings at his clubs his stock has fallen. Hes not the powerhouse he once was

            • Tappaspur says:

Built them to do what? To win? He failed so he’s a failure, the thing José aint

              • Cabspur says:

If he had been backed just a little when we were flying it would have been different . Classy players to the squad makes the squad more confident and determined,no ma garment needed. Levy is a gimp as everyone knows.

              • East Stand says:

Failed to get into the Champions League with no home ground and a meagre wage bill and net spend?

What’s success under those circumstances for you DD, do you even know? Winning the League Cup or something would have been a greater achievement? What is it that he could have won under the circumstances that would have been more impressive than the league placing he secured?

Time and time again you predicted that we wouldn’t finish in the top 4, each time we did. Success is relative, if Maureen wins is the league with the same budget as Poch then i’ll be very happy….

    • Spurs est1882 says:

Many on here know that I am not a fan of Jose – but personally I want to give him a little time. I think long term you will be proved right, and its a shame about LoCelso, but the first half against West Ham was the best half we have had in almost 12months. we were fluid and playing for each other, we had a little bite that was all focused in the right way, and the diving was cut out. We looked a lot better. That was helped by West Ham being so poor, but still.

    • paul says:

” the scintillating press of Poch’s team on form will be a distant memory” – they already were a distant memory Easty, under Poch. That’s the point.

      • East Stand says:

I understand that but had he been backed and the squad had not been left to rot and go stale, things probably wouldn’t have ended up that way…

    • coys1882 says:

To be fair, we won’t be moaning too many 1-0 wins. Now 1-0 defeats would be a different story. I’ll take a 1-0 win in the Champion’s League final any day!

  8. Tappaspur says:

    Prince Andrew. Rule 43. HMP😁

  9. Urbane Sturgeon says:

    “I don’t need players ………… I don’t need players ….I’m so happy with the players I have.

  10. East Stand says:

He was always nailed on for the Utd job, ever since Ferguson tapped him up a couple of years ago in a swanky London restaurant.

He probably told him “Trust me, Levy won’t back you long term son. Try to stick it out if you like but it’s a dead end, you have a job waiting for you at Old Trafford”

Poch will go to Manure and win them the title in about three years.

I respect Maureen and he’s going to do his best for us (like him or not) but what happens after that? Poch could have built a legacy with us, now he will do it at Manure.

It will be like seeing the woman you love go off with another man and start a new life.

You saw it here first Poch critics, humble pie will be served sooner or later…

    • David Dillenberg says:

Delusional or what. What legacy? Winning nought, his “project” sadly failed after 5 years. Happy memories bur let’s move on to a new dawn of expectant silverware from a revitalised Jose who has seen and done it all before!!

      • East Stand says:

7th wage budget, 17th highest net spend. Constantly top 4 with no home ground and our first ever Champions League final.

The tools José has at his disposal were provided by Poch. Therefore his legacy stands and will do in whatever Maureen does with them.

  11. Is Gascoigne gonna have a crac says:

More utter nonsense from VAR. The Sheff Utd goal, why check it, it wasn’t clear at all, but having checked it according to their new dumb law, it’s handball. It touched his hand. No goal. Levy is soooooo lucky Utd and Arsenal can’t win a match to save their lives and if they do VAR makes sure they don’t(today) (Arse v Palace). Meanwhile VAR made sure ENIC fc didn’t lose to Watford, Sheff Utd and Man City. All cos of social cleansing and Corporate stadia. Proud as punch.

Utd could have an exciting young team with these kids coming through if Ollie gets it right or a certain someone else comes in(Who I wonder?)

  12. David Dillenberg says:

Got to hand it to promoted resilient Blades and their talented unfashionable work ethic Manager, Chris Wilder who are a breath of fresh air!

    • David Dillenberg says:

Equally Brendon Rodgers deserves special praise for moulding an exciting side.

    • Tappaspur says:

      Rigger boots team

    • Cabspur says:

Yeah they have surprised everyone and kept it the standard well. Man u seem to be bringing in lots of youngsters and they seem not bad which is worrying.

      • David Dillenberg says:

Partly smacking of desperation good on Olle for having faith in the kids when contrary to Easty’s reluctance of playing youngsters it’s my view that if a youngster is good enough then play him!

        • East Stand says:

That was random. When have I ever been against playing youngsters?

          • David Dillenberg says:

Not random. Purely academic now. When I last mentioned introducing Troy Parrott to the starting line up?
As said rhe difference I saw against West Ham was greater hunger and desire, better agility alround plus an animated Jose who rest assured wont leave it to the 80th min (as Poch oddly did in in our defeat at Anfield) to make subs.

  13. Tappaspur says:

Olympiacos couldn’t beat the bottom of their league team yesterday. 1-1. Can sense a spanking on Tuesday. HK hatrick

  14. Cabspur says:

If they sack ole it’s in pochs hands ,the mancs would compensate no doubt if he lost money. Not sure if it’s the right club for him but he would do better than anyone they have had since Fergus. Sort the defence out and it’s not total gash at all,,my brother is a Manc fan I’m getting canned already ,them getting poch could be painful.

    • RHannay says:

is this a joke? Mourinho won them three trophies and led the club to the european supercup. Who else could do this? You yourself Tottenham fans have made of Pochtino a brilliant coach, which he never was, he is the most ordinary, unremarkable coach

      • Is Gascoigne gonna have a crac says:

Are you counting the community shield as a trophy? Poch would win trophy’s at Utd. I’m sure of that. Utd should win trophy’s with their bank balance.

        • RHannay says:

what is the problem with this trophy?

          • Is Gascoigne gonna have a crac says:

It’s 1 match at the start of the season.

            • East Stand says:

I reckon old RH is a wind up merchant. Nobody’s that thick…

              • RHannay says:

And then who are you with your stories about the mighty Pochettino who won zero trophies? Is there a club of fans of the departed coach?

                • East Stand says:

Avram Grant and DiMatteo won trophies for Cheatski. That makes them better managers than Poch does it? You’re talking complete nonsense.

                  • Tappaspur says:

Did grant win anything? Matteo won the fa cup and the CL so he’s a better coach in my book and the history books.

                    • East Stand says:

At that time those mangers had one of the most expensively assembled squads on the league.

Where’s DiMatteo now Serie B or something? Grant, Russia?

Insult to Poch to even compare….

                    • Tappaspur says:

Who ever has won something in this league is a better coach than those who haven’t in this league. The tinker man was a better coach than poch in this league. Better means successful

                    • Tappaspur says:

The history books says stuff about Matteo at Chelsea. The history books says nothing about poch at Tottenham (or anywhere else)

                    • East Stand says:

Does for me, first ever Champions League final isn’t a historic moment for Spurs? Highest ever Premier League placings? Juande Ramos better than Poch too for winning the League Cup and almost getting us relegated the following season? Not having that…

                    • Tappaspur says:

Why is ramos’s name still mentioned?

                    • Tappaspur says:

Why won’t pochs name be mentioned in the same length of time?

                    • Tappaspur says:

Why is the geezer in the rain coats name still mentioned?

          • Tappaspur says:

It’s a great trophy. Only winners can win it.

      • Cabspur says:

Are you a man u fan ? No a 6 day Spurs fan , most man u fans hated him there regardless of his 2 tin pots . It ended messy for him and i would rather poch went abroad. Your love for Mourinio is a bit weird quite frankly but hey each to their own.

      • East Stand says:

You like typing complete and utter drivel don’t you…

      • East Stand says:

Do you honestly think José would have gone to manage a pre-Poch Spurs? A Spurs that were ‘Spursy’ and not in the Champions League every season? Poch has transformed Spurs beyond recognition. With a paltry budget and a lack of signings.

Anyone seeking belittle Poch’s work at Spurs most probably has learning difficulties…

        • RHannay says:

Calm down, I’m just for Jose from the time of Porto and went through the period of his work in Real Madrid. If you did not follow his Spanish period, then it is better to be silent and do not say anything. He is the best tactician in history and he destroyed Guardiola in Spain. Remember this.

          • East Stand says:

I think it’s you that probably needs to think before typing. You have your facts utterly wrong, he couldn’t end Barca’s dominance under Guardiola at all. Many see his time at Madrid as decent but ultimately he failed in his task to overcome Barcelona.

I’m not saying Maureen is rubbish, of course he isn’t but Pochettino’s work at Spurs has been nothing short of miraculous. If José goes on to do well st Spurs then Poch built the platform for him to do it. During that time José floundered at Utd as Poch’s Spurs finished well above them…

            • Tappaspur says:

Poch taught us to dare. José will teach us to do” I read somewhere.

            • RHannay says:

              – Mourinho came to Spain to destroy josep and nothing more. And he achieved this goal. Guardiola shamefully fled after the victory of Real Madrid in la liga.
              – I enjoy every day without Pochettino in Tottenham. He was a club executioner, he tortured you for five and a half years. And you loved your tormentor. I would be ashamed to be in your place. The main thing is trophies, not the quality of the game. Pochettino failed to give either quality or great victories. Tottenham lost almost six years, others during this time in Europe made a big leap forward.Show me the trophies of Pochettino, if he won trophies, then I am ready to admit that I am wrong.

              • East Stand says:

You seem to be in denial, Jose did NOT end Barca’s dominance at all. What planet are you on? You’re just denying facts now, go away…

              • East Stand says:

Torment was not being in the Champions League, finishing below Arsenal year after year, Poch ended all of that while playing some great football. You my friend are talking out of your bottom, you never seem to do anything else…

    • Limerick AL. says:

Yes . Painful for Man Utd .

  15. Is Gascoigne gonna have a crac says:

I doubt Levy cares if Poch goes to another club in England he’s just done his classic installments payment so if Poch does take a job he doesn’t get the cash. I expect Daniel would love it if he goes to Utd and saves all that bank.

  16. Is Gascoigne gonna have a crac says:

Didn’t swear at all but have to re write comment?
