Dear me, the blunt knives really are out this evening, with Hugo Lloris being another one of our boys who are apparently fair game for a social media inspired kicking. Apparently Hugo Lloris is suddenly no good, despite having improved markedly since the arrival of the Portuguese.
I’m at a loss with the ‘conventional’ football press, they either make stuff up, imply they have vital information that us mere mortals do not, or posit stupidly rash judgements and hurl them into the mix without decent calm research or analysis.

Both we understandable errors, I wouldn’t even call them that.
Conditions were difficult & balls were hit hard & accurate.
That was a well earned draw by us, on another night we win 4-1 or 4-2 atleast with the worldie saves their goalie made, reminds me of a game some years ago
when Hart was at City & he played the match of his life saving every shot we hit at him that day
Have to say, I love the way Jose cut that off at source.
One little mishandle in 15- 20 games since we returned from the 1st lockdown last season….. he’s been s great goalie for us since, dare I say his best prelonged form for us since he joined
I used to bag him a bit but he has been great since the restart.
I agree with Jose on this, Hugo is probably the best goalie in the league if you look at consistency over several years…
A game of two goalkeeping errors. Disappointing to drop two points particularly given other results this weekend. Got to question the tactics today – 2nd half we showed no attacking intent until Palace equalised. Defending a one goal lead is not easy in this league. Roll on Wednesday. COYS
