Gary Neville has backed Harry Kane to break all the records in front of him if he can stay fit.
The Englishman has become one of the most lethal strikers in the world at the moment, and he has now added assists to his game, making him even more potent for his team.
He recently reached 150 Premier League goals for Tottenham and he is set to score more goals before hanging up his boots.
Kane has already scored 7 goals in 8 Premier League games this season as he looks to help Spurs win the Premier League.
Several fans and pundits have been impressed by the performance of the England captain and one of them is Neville.
The former England right-back was full of praise for the striker and he claimed that the England forward will be unstoppable if he stays fit, adding that he has the same ice-cold mentality of great strikers like Alan Shearer and Wayne Rooney had.
“The only thing that can stop Harry Kane doing everything in the game, breaking every record, is injury,” he said on the Gary Neville Podcast.
“Alan Shearer is definitely the best striker in Premier League history in terms of his goal record. He’s the best striker I’ve played with for England, in terms of a number nine, and [Wayne] Rooney I’d put up there with him.
“And Harry Kane has so much similarity in his game, in terms of the mentality, just ice cold, doesn’t seem to flinch if he misses a chance, flinch if a goalkeeper saves one, he’ll come back and do the right thing.
“Scoring a goal is a process for them, where he knows where the target is.
“It’s methodical, and he’s brilliant. He’s a great professional, and England are lucky to have him.”
