Spurs boost with Gareth Bale and Carlos Vinicius close to debuts

Tottenham has been handed a boost in their bid to get Gareth Bale into the starting XI as he continues to train with the club.

The Welshman joined Spurs on loan this summer from Real Madrid and he is one of the summer additions that the club’s fans cannot wait to see.

The winger joined injured and he hasn’t joined up with the Wales national team for the current international matches.

The club also sealed the loan signing of striker, Carlos Vinicius from Benfica and he will look to make his debut for the club very soon.

Both players have handed Jose Mourinho a boost ahead of the return of club football next week.

They have both not travelled for the international break and Football London claims that they have both been training and getting prepared to play in Tottenham’s next game.

The Lilywhites will face West Ham in the Premier League next and Mourinho will be keen to unleash his new players on the impressive Hammers.

West Ham struggled in the transfer window as they failed to bring in a new centre back, but they beat Leicester City 3-0 at the King Power Stadium in their last league game and they will want to prove to Spurs that it wasn’t a one-off.

The important bit there is “they have not travelled on the international break”, music to my ears with Bale as he basically carries that team.
