Several reports have claimed that Serge Aurier is set to leave Tottenham this summer and that AC Milan is very interested in signing him.
The Ivorian enjoyed the role of being Spurs’ only right-back last season after they sold Kieran Trippier to Atletico Madrid last summer and sent Kyle Walker-Peters on loan to Southampton.
He was used more often than not by Jose Mourinho, but the Ivorian isn’t the most reliable player and there have been calls for him to be sold and for a better defender to be brought in.
Fans who wanted him gone had hope that Milan would reach an agreement on his transfer from Spurs, but that is far from certain according to the latest update.
Milan’s director, Frederic Massara has just released a bombshell after he revealed that his team isn’t tracking the Ivorian, contrary to popular opinion.
“There are many names that come close to us. Aurier is an excellent player, but at the moment there are no conditions to think about him,” Massara said to Milan News.
“He is not a goal.”
Tottenham have been linked with a move for a new right-back regardless of Aurier’s future with Matt Doherty and Ainsley Maitland-Niles of interest to the Lilywhites from the Premier League.

Dont worry James I have mailed them suggesting they watch THFC v Aresnal & NUFC v THFC.
Bayer Leverkusen I believe.
To tell the truth I was baffled by Milan’s “interest” in Aurier, they mustn’t see Premier League games in Italy.
“There are many names that come close to us. Aurier is an excellent player, but at the moment there are no conditions to think about him”
This literally just means, “at the price spurs want, it is a no”. Up to Levy to back the manager – form shows another year with Aurier
Oh! Don’t Dortmund want him too? Ah well, another season with him means another season without silverware
