Danny Rose on return to football:
— The Spurs Web ⚪️ (@thespursweb) May 11, 2020
“The governments saying bring back football to boost the morale of the nation, I don’t give a f*ck about the nations morale. Peoples lives are at risk!”
“Football shouldn’t be spoken about till numbers have dropped massively. It’s bollocks.” pic.twitter.com/bdWBbTiZFR
No surprises here at all from Danny Rose. Here we have a footballer who clearly believes that sending in “hundreds” of pizzas to a local NHS hospital on a whim – makes him a better arbiter of COVID-19 protocols than… qualified lecturing professors.
The Boy Hotspur is aggregating this video simply in order to help those that have yet to board the sanity train that is fundamentally opposed to Rose and his like, how ill-informed and useless uneducated these people are right now.
Danny Rose is playing for Newcastle United because his career flatlined. That’s nobody’s fault other than Danny’s. He had an opportunity to move up from Tottenham, but nobody bought into him. I wish him well, but I’m happy he’s no longer in the THFC dressing room.

Amen
😄😊👍
He’s just one of many self appointed ‘experts’ on the whole Coronavirus conundrum we all encounter every day at the moment.
When did the scientific evidence and analysis of statistics suddenly take a back seat? These are the same people who drive around in the isolation of their car with a face mask on, or walk in the park with nobody around for miles, with a face mask on!? What on earth are you doing? Get some fresh air when you’re out the house and grow up!
Some people have seriously lost the plot, however not entirely their fault I suppose. You might be a bit dim but that can easily be exacerbated by a ‘project fear’ narrative coming out of every news channel.
If players and staff have been isolating for seven weeks like the rest of us, and further to that they are all tested, what is the actual risk to human life Danny is referring to?
Footballers and backroom staff are all generally of an age and fitness that the science tells us are extremely unlikely to become seriously ill if they got Coronavirus anyway. This will also be in a highly tested and controlled environment.
Danny isn’t alone but one of many gob$hites talking ‘complete b**** at the moment. Another self appointed arbiter on a subject he knows nothing about.
The deaths from this disease are desperately sad, tragic and depressing. However it’s made even more depressing by the inaccuracies in the reporting, the death toll figures and the general panic doing the rounds. That will cost more lives than the virus itself, time will prove this.
The hospitals are NOT struggling to cope, they are currently ghost towns. Scanning equipment is sitting largely dormant in comparison with any other time in history. Activity for life saving and life extending treatments have been largely halted, routine screening stopped, blood tests at record lows.
Apart from those brave folks working with people who actually have serious Covid 19 symptoms, (not your local postie who’s suddenly ‘working on the front line’!?) this is a time of immense calm in hospitals and the NHS generally. Meanwhile treatments, scans and other usually essential activity piles up a backlog over a population of 65 million people. Worse chaos and loss of life will ensue in the scramble for the NHS to catch up.
These auxiliary hospitals they set up are about to be mothballed and remain hardy used. Intensive care wards are typically only using a third of their capacity to treat Covid 19, partly because if you’re over 70, they just let you die if you’ve got it as to not take up ICU beds. Nice eh? Designed to wipe regular older hospital visitors out of the local population or is it to ‘save lives’? Discussion for another time that one perhaps!
There has been an overreaction and a covering of political backsides on an unprecedented scale here. The true human cost of this will make Coronavirus look like a drop in the ocean.
The government and the NHS as organisations will have a lot of difficult questions to answer, in the fullness of time. They might actually have blood on their hands…
Meanwhile boring people like Danny hop aboard the ‘panic train’ into oblivion.
Loose Women. 😂 Talking about some kind of ‘journey’ with his other half in a few years no doubt…
…on Loose Women.
Think there’s a job in the media awaiting Danny.
