Tottenham are back in the Carabao Cup (or League Cup to give its correct name in the old money) this evening, which means we get another opportunity to see how Tottenham is developing under Antonio Conte. Question is, who will be available for tonight’s game?
As per the rest of society, top-flight football is struggling with the latest strain of Covid. Bryan Gil, and Dane Scarlett are our only recorded cases. This of course is who is currently out, and doesn’t include anyone who might be suffering from the after-effects of an infection.
Ryan Sessegnon is injured again – hamstring, apparently. No comment.
Cristian Romero remains out after his international break injury. No comment.
West Ham appears to be all clear, in respect of Covid, but has a number of key players out, courtesy of routine football-related stuff.
Kurt Zouma (thigh) Vladimir Coufal (suspended) and Angelo Ogbonna (knee) are all ruled out. Late fitness tests for Benjamin Johnson and Aaron Cresswell.
All information c/o Premier injuries.
His first stint!
Daniel is gutted… he’s about the only person on planet Earth who is!
Because of the incoherent transfer strategy under Baldy, we end up with so many players that are in or out the team down to not being ready, or out of form. This exacerbates the injury problems and increases risk, your least injury prone players are generally the ones who are match fit and match sharp.
Bale ??……spits tea out !
.
Ha! Sweet relief.
So Reggie back as LB then I guess. Sess will find it hard to challenge for a place from the treatment room. Shame he looked good against Pool.
Battered Spam fritters.
The Cassandra Crossing Bassett hound has been put down
He did pretty well at the weekend as well. Hopefully will come good a la Bale rather than go down the Darren Anderson path.
How is it on? Have they found the monkey from ‘outbreak’ yet?
I hear the Euro conference have expelled ENIC fc. Things looking up….
Big game tonight. We need to batter them
No comment is itself a comment.
Four games in ten days would test any squad, well almost, disappointing to hear Sessegnon is injured again…dearie me !
If they’re well enough to play, let them play.
