Whilst our mutual friend Gladys comes through with snippets of this and that – all in good faith – like most if not all a flyby night ITKs – I cannot recall an instance when something so heartwarming has been shared.

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club has suffered the slings and arrows of outrageous mismanagement under Levy, however one deal that looks to be nothing shy of gilt edged is that of Toby Alderweireld.
Gladys tells me that the word around The Lane is that Alderweireld is that special player that Spurs have been missing for far far too long.
He’s the big dog of the dressing room.
He’s the positive talker and the influencer amongst the lads.
Alderweireld has struggled to find a home since a considerable stretch at Ajax.
For whatever reasons – Atlético Madrid didn’t work for the boy; nor did Southampton.
However Tottenham has.
Something has clicked here.
Make no mistake.
Word is, that not only does Jan Vertonghen like him for making our back four credible, but he finds him just as inspirational as the others do.
Toby’s held in such high regard that the suggestion is, that he and captain Hugo coexist so harmoniously, that should Toby be made captain, that there would be no complaints, only warmth.
