Dane Scarlett is a young lad and the purpose of all these off-the-radar games is to iron out the wrinkles, develop and build Premier League standard players. However, these antics might make a few fans smile, nobody will be laughing when he earns himself cards and a reputation. Referees don’t like players that play up and are quite willing to keep a special eye on them.
The commentary team is quite amusing, but in this instance, they’re right.
Stop it, Dane.
Close😂
A possible two cards. The foul first.. Standing in front of the ball is fine, nothing wrong with stopping them taking a quick one, (dumb pundit there). Kicking the ball away could also be a card after the foul.. Schoolboy stuff at 4 goals ahead… Personally if I’ve lost my temper and I’m picking up any card then I’m making it count, go for the ball but make sure the player goes too.. Martin Keown calls them ‘reducers’.. Ha ha…. A strange one is that our semi pro and even amateur FA league refs give out cards willy nilly for dissent! Swear once and you can get a yellow…. The prem players never ever get done for swearing. The managers do though..
1-5 smash those young chavs
Not letting them take a quick free kick, that’s what he’s doing. First time ever seen in English football. Wow.
YIDZ
Dane is an apprentice. He has to learn all aspects of the game. This is part of the game. Dane. All of it son all of it.
COYFS!!!!
At this stage he is undoubtedly just a c.nt.
Needs some Jose lessons in being a intelligent c.nt.
That’s not ‘sportsmanship – its begging for a card
Behave H. We’re too nice as it is. Why take that out of the lads game
