Spurs fell behind, losing 0-2 to Manchester City in their recent league fixture at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
This defeat means Spurs are now destined for the Europa League, as they are 5 points behind 4th-placed Aston Villa heading into the final game.
However, despite the loss, the post-game featured some light-hearted moments on the field.
Notably, Tottenham defender Cristian Romero was seen interacting with City manager Pep Guardiola.
The Spanish head coach jokingly punched Romero twice while saying something to him, as the Argentine smiled throughout the exchange.

The post match interaction certainly raises eyebrows. It does not bode well to see one of the club’s leaders joke around immediately after a defeat which has seen them lose out on the Champions League.
