Tottenham midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur was on target for Uruguay during their 5-0 thrashing of Bolivia.
Pellistri and Darwin Nunez scored in the first half to give Uruguay a 2-0 lead going into the break.
And they went on to score three more in the final 15 minutes.
Araújo made it 3-0 in the 77th minute before Valverde scored their 4th 4 minutes later.
Tottenham’s Rodrigo Bentancur then made it 5 with a fine header at the far post from a free-kick after just having been subbed on 3 minutes ago.
