Brighton have doubled their lead against Tottenham, with Joao Pedro scoring from the spot.
It was an absolutely needless foul from Dejan Kulusevksi who pulled back former Arsenal man Danny Welbeck’s shirt as he was looking to get to the ball after Van Hecke’s header had come back off the post.
After a VAR review, the penalty is given and it is the right decision.

He got away with a similar incident against Everton last week but this time around, he was punished.
