Cristian Romero has scored on his return to the starting XI after missing the last three games from suspension.
The Argentine was shown a straight red against Chelsea for a foul on Enzo.
He was a massive absence for the club as they went lost two and drew one.
But he has returned to the team now and redeemed himself with a brilliant header to give Spurs the lead against West Ham.
