Pierre was on good form last night for Denmark, who drew 1-1 away to Germany. The Danes have only lost two games since September 2018, which is impressive stuff, but they need to be as their Euro 2020 group has them facing Belgium, Finland, and Russia.
What is a concern about Pierre, is that whilst he is a magnificent Viking, it would be great to see him return to his initial form that we saw under Mourinho. He has drifted a little and that’s one of the new guy’s big tasks to put right.
