Tottenham Hotspur continue to be linked with a move for the Besiktas winger Semih Kilicsoy.
The 18-year-old has attracted the attention of the top clubs with his performances this season and Tottenham are one of the clubs keen on him.
A report from Turkish publication Fanatik claims that the 18-year-old has ‘entered the radar’ of the north London club with his displays this season.
Kilicsoy is capable of playing anywhere across the front three and he will add goals and creativity to the Spurs attack if he joins the club.
He has a contract with the Turkish club until the summer of 2028 and it remains to be seen whether Besiktas are prepared to sanction his departure at the end of the season.
The winger has scored six goals across all competitions this season and he has picked up one assist along the way as well. He is likely to improve further with coaching and experience.
His numbers are likely to improve when he is playing in a better team alongside better players. A move from Tottenham will be an exciting opportunity for him and he will look to test himself at the highest level.
Regular football in England could help him improve further.
It will be interesting to see if Tottenham follow up on their interest with an official proposal to sign the winger at the end of the season.
He could prove to be a quality long term investment for them and Ange Postecoglou could help the 18-year-old fulfil his tremendous potential and establish himself as a key player for Tottenham in the coming seasons.
