Tottenham are among the clubs keen on signing Hugo Larsson from Eintracht Frankfurt at the end of the season.

The 20-year-old playmaker has been linked with multiple Premier League clubs in recent months, and the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City are keen on securing his services as well.

According to Florian Plettenberg, the player will cost €60 million (£50m) in the summer, and the English clubs are monitoring his situation.

Tottenham need more cutting edge in the final third, and the 20-year-old could be a quality long-term investment for them. He will help them control games from the middle of the park and create goal-scoring opportunities with his passing and vision as well.

However, the asking price could complicate matters. Tottenham need to improve the other areas of their squad as well, and spending £50 million on the youngster might not be possible for them.

Furthermore, with multiple clubs keen on securing his signature, the German outfit are unlikely to lower their asking price for him. They will certainly hope for a bidding war in the summer.

Arsenal have been overly dependent on Martin Odegaard for chance creation, and they could certainly use more depth in that area of the pitch. The Swedish midfielder seems like the ideal acquisition. They have the financial resources to get the deal done as well.

Similarly, Liverpool will need more creativity in the side if Mohamed Salah leaves the club in the summer. He will be a free agent in a few months.

On the other hand, Manchester City have already opened initial talks to get the deal done. It will be interesting to see where the 20-year-old ends up eventually. He needs to join a club where he will get ample first-team opportunities.
