Tottenham Hotspur are finally closing in on the signing of Pedro Porro from Sporting CP.
According to a report from Fabrizio Romano, the two parties are now really close to reaching an agreement and a further round of talks have been scheduled on Thursday to iron out the remaining details.
Apparently, Tottenham will look to discuss the payment terms with the Portuguese club as they are not prepared to pay the money upfront. There is a confidence that a deal can be concluded within 24 to 48 hours.

The 23-year-old has been highly impressive for Sporting CP since the start of the season and he managed to impress against Tottenham in the Champions League as well. He has all the attributes to succeed in England as well.
A player of his quality will certainly improve the London club, and he would be an upgrade on players like Matt Doherty and Emerson Royal.
Porro can operate as a winger as well as his versatility will be an added bonus for the London club.
The Spanish defender has two goals and 10 assists to his name across all competitions.
