Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Noah Okafor at the end of the season.
According to a report from Salzburg Nachrichten via MSN, Tottenham are expected to submit an offer for the 22-year-old forward during the summer transfer window.
Okafor has been in impressive form this season, scoring 10 goals and picking up five assists across all competitions. The report adds that the player is ‘highly likely’ to leave Red Bull Salzburg at the end of the season.
Apparently, he is valued at €22 million (£19m) and Tottenham certainly have the financial capability to match the asking price. The fee could prove to be a bargain in the long run.
The 22-year-old is highly rated around Europe, and he has a big future ahead of him. He could develop into an important first-team player for Tottenham Hotspur if he manages to adapt to English football quickly.
