Tottenham Hotspur are one of the three Premier League clubs keen on signing Dusan Vlahovic from Juventus this summer.
The 23-year-old Serbian international has been linked with a move away from Italy, and the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea are keen on signing him as well.
According to Sport Mediaset, Tottenham could submit an ‘important offer’ to sign the Serbian striker.
Vlahović is likely to be an expensive acquisition and it is fair to assume that Tottenham might not be able to afford him unless they sell Harry Kane this summer.
The England international has been linked with a number of clubs in recent weeks and German champions Bayern Munich are keen on securing his services.
Vlahović has had a mediocre campaign with Juventus, but he managed to score 14 goals across all competitions. Although Kane is a much better player, the 23-year-old has the potential to develop into a reliable goalscorer.
Working under Ange Postecoglou could help the 23-year-old improve and fulfil his potential.
The player certainly has the technical attributes and physicality to succeed in English football, and he could be a long-term asset for Tottenham.
He was regarded as one of the best young players in Europe in football during his time at Florentina, and it will be interesting to see if he can get back to that level once again.
Manchester United and Chelsea are in need of attacking reinforcements as well and it will be interesting to see where the 23-year-old ends up.
