Tottenham Hotspur are looking to improve their attacking unit during the January transfer window, and they are keen on the Ajax attacker Brian Brobbey.

According to Fabrizio Romano, they have asked about signing the player on loan this month. He is one of the options being considered and it remains to be seen whether the North London club can secure an attacking signing before the January window closes

The 22-year-old has three goals and seven assists to his name this season and he could prove to be a useful acquisition for the North London club. He will add goals and creativity to the attack and he could share the goalscoring burden with Dominic Solanke as well. The Netherlands international has not been at his best this season and a fresh start could be ideal for him as well.

The opportunity to move to the Premier League will be quite exciting for the player. The 22-year-old is highly talented and he has been linked with the move to the Premier League in the past as well. If he manages to regain his form and confidence over the next few months, he might be able to secure a permanent move to Tottenham in the summer.

Meanwhile, West Ham are in talks with Ajax regarding a move for the player as well, and they are hoping to sign him on loan with an obligation to buy. It will be interesting to see where the striker ends up eventually.

In his recent update, Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Spurs have decided to abandon their pursuit of the attacker after enquiring about the deal conditions. It remains to be seen whether they decide to move on to other targets now.
